We are back for our third year!
To enter The Hot List 2025, send through your competition level TABASCO® dish via the form below to be considered by the TABASCO® team and ambassador chef,Morgan McGlone. Your entry must be a creative dish featuring any of the TABASCO sauces. (Example: Fried Oyster PoBoy Sandwich with Tabasco infused honey
dressing.)

Finalists Announced: August 22, 2025
Finalists will be flown to Sydney, with good food & accommodation covered for a masterclass with Chef McGlone & 2025 winner Damien Neylon.
Top 8 will also look to compete for major prize as winner of Hot List 2025, receiving business class flights, cash, accommodation and experiences in
Louisiana, USA, the home of TABASCO® sauce.
