We offer free shipping on all orders $250+. If your order is under $250, you will be charged a flat shipping fee of $15.
Your order will be despatched within 1-2 business days from when you place your order. If for any reason we are unable to ship your order within this time frame, we will notify you by email.
All Australian deliveries are made via domestic economy service at a flat rate of $15 if order is under $250. Orders $250+ are shipped for free.
Yes, we offer delivery Australia-wide. There is a minimum order requirement of $50 in order to checkout but if you spend $250+ then you will receive free shipping!
Delivery is to be made to a physical address that you shall provide. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil delivery requirements, we will contact you by email and you will have the option to provide an alternative delivery address for your goods or to cancel your order and have your money refunded in full.
No responsibility will be taken by Stuart Alexander & Co Pty Limited if you provide incorrect address details. If possible and if notified early enough to check the details before dispatching the order, we will make amendments to the delivery address.

As a wholesaler/distributor, we only sell our products by the case, the minimum pack size is one case.
All products dispatched have a minimum of 3 months left on their best before date. Unused stock cannot be returned.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Certainly. We do accept both refunds and exchanges, subject to the following conditions:
Items intended for return or exchange must be sent back to us within 28 days from the date of purchase.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items within this period, we will initiate the refund process.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during your purchase. Kindly note that the cost associated with the return shipment falls upon the customer.
Deliveries are executed to a physical address provided by you at the time of order. In the event that we encounter challenges in fulfilling the delivery, we will promptly reach out to you via email. You will then have the opportunity to either provide an alternative delivery address or choose to cancel the order, at which point a full refund will be processed on your behalf.
Stuart Alexander & Co Pty Limited is not liable for any misdeliveries or non-deliveries due to inaccurate address details provided by the customer. Should you realize an error in the address and inform us in a timely manner prior to dispatch, we will do our best to amend the delivery details accordingly.
For orders dispatched through Australia Post, there will be a single delivery attempt. If delivery is unsuccessful, your package will be held at a nearby collection point for your retrieval. Please be informed that we do not facilitate subsequent delivery attempts.

We diligently strive to maintain robust stock levels. However, there might be times when certain items are unavailable. In such cases, we reserve the right to adjust your order according to our current inventory. Please be aware: There may be the odd instances where an item is incorrectly marked as in stock when it is actually out of stock. Should this occur, you will be refunded for the unavailable items. Unfortunately, we cannot back order items at this moment. If you wish to purchase the item when it's available again, a new order will need to be placed.
