The TABASCO® Hot List is now open for entries!
We are back for our sophomore year!
To enter The Hot List 2024, send through your competition level TABASCO® dish via
the form below to be considered by the TABASCO® team and ambassador chef,
Morgan McGlone. Your entry must be a creative dish featuring any of the TABASCO
sauces. (Example: Fried Oyster PoBoy Sandwich with Tabasco infused honey dressing.)
Entries Close: October 15, 2024
Finalists Announced: October 31st, 2024
Finalists will be flown to Sydney with accommodation covered for a masterclass with Chef
McGlone & 2024 winner Brendan Fong.
Top 8 will also look to compete for major prize as winner of Hot List 2024,
receiving business class flights, cash, accommodation and experiences in Louisiana, USA, the home of TABASCO® sauce.
