The TABASCO® Hot List is now open for entries!

To enter The Hot List, send through your competition level TABASCO® dish via the form below to be considered by the TABASCO® team and ambassador chef, Morgan McGlone. Your entry must be a creative dish featuring any of the TABASCO sauces. (For example: Fried Oyster PoBoy Sandwich with Tabasco infused honey dressing.)

Finalists Announced: September 1, 2023

Finalists will be flown to Sydney with accommodation covered for a masterclass with Chef McGlone and a chance to compete for top spot on the main stage at Sydney’s Fine Foods show.

Winners will receive flights, accommodation and experiences in Louisiana, USA. The home of TABASCO® sauce.
